Marcus Visitor	Re:David Icke on KERRANG RADIO !!!! - 2008/09/05 01:57 I'm 24, and here's a basic summary of why I'm thinking of leaving Britain: In America earlier this year, a televised debate between Hilary Clinton and Barack Obama got higher ratings than live coverage of a Superbowl play-off match and the new series of The Apprentice. Could you imagine anything like that happening here? No, me neither. We are too obsessed with the culture of celebrity and other irrelevant drivel. If we sat up, paid attention and organised ourselves properly, those who make decisions that affect us all would be held to account. As it is, we find it easier to switch off and we only have ourselves to blame for the Orwellian nightmare that is fast emerging.
