One thing is clear - the world 'economy' is now based on people living way beyond their means and borrowing, borrowing, borrowing. Living withing the constraints of a budget and paying for things with real money is sooo 20th century, man. All Bush wants to is bail out his banks so they can recommence irresonsible lending to the idiot masses
