In The Know Was watching Countryfile yesterday - and they had an item about where the granite for curling stones comes from !!

(It was so interesting that I'm sure 100's slit their wrists !)

Still looks like rolling a kettle along the ice to me - and for what purpose, precisely?
In The Know At least spotty Andy has the remotest chance of doing well - unlike the delusionals who every year "wowwed on" Timid Henman !

Beatles Fan I'm hoping to miss the world cup too, football has never been my thing, never will be. Always look forward to Wimbledon Tennis though and will be watching from the comfort of my arm chair with tea and biccies as always.
