steveimp Ha, I have a similar story about an elderly famous British racing car driver who rang up where I worked, said his name, then automatically said, "but I don't think you have ever heard of me", which I had had, but thought, I'm not treating you any differently to anyone else, so I said no I hadn't, what could I do for you?
Pumpkinhead I met Lionel Blair at a theatre about 3 years ago but he was just in the audience with us other mortals. He was very friendly but I hadn't got a clue who he was. My mother told me afterwards.
