Northdown Kebab House is great! Run by an Iranian, and the chef was from Iraq, both were surprised I'd been to their countries...and I always get great service.
I always use Broadstairs Kebab, my girlfriend has a severe mushroom allergy they know about is they always prep her pizza away from the others are being made, if we do get a delivery they always give my Staffy a treat. |

I have a very severe allergy and I would never rely on "lists of allergens" to tell me what was safe to eat. It would be beyond stupid.
Before the health and safety fiends butted in restaurants were happy to make something different for me, but most places wont do it any more just in case they accidentally kill me and get sued, and I don't blame them one bit.
You can still do it in some smaller places, the Landlady at the Five Bells,Eastry did a wonderful concoction for us tonight. |

I absolutely hate mustard! Even Mayonaise tends to be loaded into absolutely everything...and it's hardly ever mentioned, even in the likes of KFC,or Burger King etc.
To my mind a good restaurant should list the main ingredients, and with the rise of allergy culture should provide advice. After all some allergies can kill, and certainly the presence of other things you may dislike should be mentioned.
Why don't people ask any more what's in what, I'm allergic to jalapeno but just ask them to remove them from my kebab or burger etc.
