"No stone unturned" says greasy spoon face Cameron - he could have added "especially financially - we shall spend a fortune getting to the bottom (ooh Matron) of this, even if it means hundreds dying through lack of funds to the NHS for drugs and other treatments".

I've been under a blitz of angry 'posters' on various boards because I dare to question the Elm Guest House claims which I think may simply reflect a time when people chose a non too inquiring hotel to conduct affairs.
Anyone who has dealt with inner London cheap hotels...I have, not for myself but for a number of reasons, know most are run by fierce door watching managers who come down like a ton of bricks if one nicks an extra teabag let alone dare bring in a guest.
Alternatively you could book a room at the Dorchestor or Hilton and entertain the Vienna Boys Choir and troupe of West End strippers without a blink of a concierge eye.
I pose one simple question ... the website Exaro is shaking with excitement - they have still only found one alleged victim but are screaming about Cyril Smith and "rent boys". How old where they and where are they?
That Wildean term 'rent boy' conjures up images of a doeful 14/15 year old innocent lad just arrived from Yorkshire, wide eyed and innocent and plucked from a Victoria Station platform by the 20 stone + Smith.
Those who have Covered the Waterfront know it could mean something else : such as my old friend- he's 61 now- "Bruce" who still advertises as a rent boy ( he does look about 38 in a dark room) and amazingly, still pulls punters, and has for about 30 years now.
But they are having none of that.

All about whether (mainly) dead people ever misbehaved. Did old politicians in the 1980s ever have illegal sex? Huge costs. Massive amounts of official time. And the evidence? It will be complaints, one person's word against others. Missing files. Reviews of reviews.
All for one reason. Media story! Great media story!
Meanwhile we can't afford billions needed to fund NHS costs.
