hedda	agree with ITK (oh God that hurts ) all you need to say is "won't someone think of the children?" and you have an Inquiry. the fact these inquiries are about adults and dead people is incidental.
In The Know (as always)	It's Baroness Butler-Sloss (who handled the Diana enquiry !)!!! That should ensure that zillions are spent, a couple of years wasted, and nothing is ever uncovered !
In The Know (as always)	....... into why there are so many over-arching inquiries which will all ask each other the same thing and all sweep it under the carpet ! In the meantime anyone asked about it can simply say, "Look, we've launched an Inquiry - let's wait for them to report, shall we?" (*) Mrs ITK will explain to me what this means when she gets home.
