hedda so if I get this right : the lawyers for the claimants demanded payouts on unproven claims and that lawyers representing the beneficiarys of Savile's will should have no rights to protect his legacy.

imagine if they succeed, no legacy or will would be safe from claims of assault after death.

Reporting of this is a concern : the media seem totally ignorant that trustees or lawyers for them have a statutory obligation to always defend the deceased's wishes.
