JK2006 Fascinating article; thanks for posting Giles. Yes I'm well aware of this insanity and predicted it 14 years ago when false allegations without a shred of evidence or proof were accepted in court, leading to my own wrongful conviction for crimes that never took place. Nobody is safe from those with fantasies fuelled by media publicity.

I said it then and I've repeated it many times since. People are in jail for crimes that never took place. Bizarre. And we, the tax payers, are seeing billions wasted in incarceration and treatment of these imaginary crimes whilst benefits are cut, police get budgets chopped, hospitals lose money and schools are shut.
