JK2006 Implying that an innocent man may well have been murdered by the state a few years ago - one of many reasons to be anti capital punishment. But also illustrates how prosecutors and police all over the world are prepared to drop serious charges against "witnesses" who are prepared to backup their case with false information.

One of the 'victims" in my case had very serious charges about being the getaway driver in a smash and grab raid on a jeweler's dropped if he "gave evidence" against me.
