As for hospital food,a few years ago now I was in hospital,the food was so much better than this. I think it is hit and miss and it helps if you are in long enough to order, and not have to take the leftovers. I once ordered a pudding that was described as "Gypsy surprise" I imagined it as blackberries with meringue and cream. It was a shock when it turned out to be a custard cream biscuit.
