JK2006 Interesting idea Patt except many judges in the UK appear to be fractured people.
Pattaya I think we should let defendants here choose the option of jury trial,or by judge and magistrates.
JK2006 We shall see tomorrow whether he's guilty of culpable homicide but I reckon her reading of the evidence has been spot on and her judgement fantastic.
JK2006 This was her comment that made my heart leap - a real understanding of the impact of the media on justice...
