JK2006 Dublin looks attractive if you don't mind the weather. Paris is lovely these days. Munich is one of my personal favourite cities in the world. Nice is nice. Italy is stylish. And don't forget Morocco and Tunisia; for those thinking of giving up UK citizenship (and why would anyone want to retain it?), North Africa is welcoming to entrepreneurs; the Internet makes industry global; with Customs barriers and no single market, nowhere will be much less attractive than the UK.
JK2006 Hammond won't admit it but the country is clearly on the verge of total collapse. OK; Brexit means Brexit and leaving means leaving - if people have the chance.
