The investigation into Milly's death was headed up, as a reward for his work managing to jail innocent Jonathan King which had gained him the prestige of being "an expert on paedophiles" (which I am not and he wasn't), by Detective Chief Inspector Brian Marjoram. Although Levi was living (and killing) in the centre of Walton-On-Thames in Surrey, Marjoram and his team totally failed to find him, question him or interview him, allowing him to murder other innocent girls.

This will all come out in time. The sooner the better. If my IPCC complaint enables it; so much the better.
