My mobile - with unlimited minutes - probably costs less per month than what they spend on burgers / chips in a couple of days.
I am sure it is, but the point is that if you are actually penniless and without a phone, credit or computer you have to stay that way. That cant be right.
I sometimes come across people who have literally left a home with just the clothes they stand in.
Surely they are the very people who are most deserving?
