andrew Join the club, I must say that I never had any problems with UC, apart from they didn't pay housing element and first but was quickly solved.

Still easy to find, but admittedly, declining; the busiest section is usually the free internet.

I understand the online forms have a 'chat' option for advice.

Call centres/web sites for virtually everything are becoming the norm.


Video conferencing with your doctor - on routine ailments - are not far away.

I am sure it is, but the point is that if you are actually penniless and without a phone, credit or computer you have to stay that way. That cant be right.
I sometimes come across people who have literally left a home with just the clothes they stand in.
Surely they are the very people who are most deserving?
