Wyot Yes actually you are right re gove he did suddenly appear to want to take a humane approach to it all. The book banning was one of the nastiest ideas....to try and diminish the life of the mind and the imagination...to take away the last and most sacred thing we all have....i have never been in prison, but that is what would sustain me if i was...
JK2006 Gove had good intentions actually; it was Ghastly Grayling who wanted book burning and banning.
Wyot Yes and yes. A sane economic tory with a human touch. What he wanted to do with criminal justice system until gove got in was typically enlightened...and on brexit again if you can think at all spot on...
