Good! But did they really need a "report" to find out that elderly people find prison difficult? What did they expect?
JK2006 to locked Care Homes (Government sponsored private jails). It reports prisoners like 101 year old Ralph Clarke are finding life hard. This was clear 17 years ago when I witnessed the results of historical prosecutions. What Ministers and Media should be doing is stopping this vicious persecution of innocent men and women. It is a disgrace.
