wyot I dont take them and never been tempted but legalise drugs...Most burglaries down to it and street robberies. Treat it as a medical issue, educate youngsters. This will slash the prison population and seriously screw organised crime in one go...

Spee Labour and Tory governments have slashed the budget.

We now have the biggest prison population in Europe.

About 87,000 - more than our Armed Forces, which also has a reducing budget!

Conditions will continue to deteriorate badly, as the Tories have no great history on prisons.


It's just an easy budget to cut - less complaints and fewer champions and supporters...
