JK2006 is... how come British Police didn't charge him (and convict him) of crimes that never happened when there are so many equally innocent men in jail today? Answer - too much media attention and big legal money behind him. Who would rip the exact same evidence (none: one person's word and "similar facts" often provided by bent cops or media) to pieces. Innocent ordinary men have neither advantage and end up doing years in prison.
