Barney Always liked his humour.

I've seen him on Gozo (island off Malta) a few times.

Think he still lives there quietly these days.

Has an office in Victoria(Rabat), with his agent.

Ticketty Boo was the name of the agent's pub.

May or may not be there now - but Billy was often in...

Rick Good for him that he put that self-adoring creep Michael Parkinson in his place.
Jo I like him too but I think he was funnier when he was younger. The wild, rude humour seemed more appropriate to a younger man and maybe he was also better prepared. I heard/read that he tends to wing it now in his stand-up shows.
JK2006 I've always really liked Billy - he has terrific, intelligent wit and I love his travel shows too. A great, positive spread in today's Times.
