JK2006 Makes a very fair public statement which illustrates the incredible reaction by people to a news story. I discovered this 18 years ago but believed that it was the police job to discover the truth and that if they could not do that, the laws of fairness would mean No Further Action. I was wrong. Police and CPS and even, to an extent, judges and the public, prefer to believe the worst. We are now at a time when more and more people are discovering the reality of the False Allegations Industry. I'm still hopeful that the CCRC will send my wrongful convictions from 18 years back to the Court of Appeal after fresh evidence has emerged. It won't save EMI or the British music industry but it might make it possible for me to return to America to watch live baseball and American football again.
