wyot	When once mighty empires such as The Conservative Party face effective annihilation..they do desparate and silly things..And it must all fall back to the top man who's clown act was always more suited to HIGNFY. Agree;sad, baffiling and silly days..
Barney	Many of BJ's statements, strategies and decisions have been flawed recently. Dominic Cummings is largely blamed; for an adviser/chief of staff- he comes across as particularly unpleasant. Perhaps BJ's upcoming weekend Balmoral sojourn will destress him - after disposing of nearly two dozen colleagues. The absence of their votes could prove critical, in the days and weeks ahead.

That's what it suggested to me. Almost dictator-like. It was apparently sprung on the police and they're not amused. Police chief says force was not told about Boris Johnson speech plan I'm wondering how long it's going to be before people start saying "Come back, Theresa. All is forgiven."
