JK2006 When I read his report in 2016 I saw all 43 recommendations applied to both my case in 2000/2001 and my 2015 arrest; I complained to CCEphgrave and PCCMunro after getting a copy of the application for the search warrants (packed with lies - Henriques called this the worst breach of police behaviour in Midland). My main complaint (still ongoing) was that the three Deaths In Custody (CPS Guidelines) of Laurence, Rob and Deniz should have been referred to the (then) IPCC and that Surrey Police behaviour may have contributed to the deaths. I also was deeply offended by the fact that Deniz had been arrested and questioned BEFORE police questioned his "victims" (both of whom denied any abuse had ever taken place).

SurreyPolice PSD are still investigating my complaints. Ephgrave, after denying he'd retire, retired the next day and jumped ship to the Met. Munro refused and was deselected by Surrey Conservatives.
