Hedda's view on Putin is simplistic.
His friend - Abramovich lived in the Kremlin building with him for years.
A - nonresident owner of Chelsea Football Club. P - more dachas, than the Romanovs...
The play is obvious. East v West again.
Yet there are a lot more Moles, around Langley - than McDonald's in Moscow.
Socialist, Russia? Not any more.
Just another 2 tier part of the planet.

one other thing not generally discussed about Vladimir Putin.
His entire KGB career was devoted to studying America and Americans and working out how they tick..how to influence them. He became Russia's top expert on America which is why he rose through the ranks after being a fairly low-level agent.
he knows Americans better than they do themselves.  |
