wyot His memoirs are comic masterpieces...He was incapable of saying or writing a forgetable sentence...Can't say anything higher.
Green Man He had a terrific sense of humour and was generous.
JK2006 RIP Clive James: I first met Clive when we were both at Cambridge University; brilliant TV critic, very good writer, an amusing man. Confirming the odd fact that November and February seem to be the death months.
