I gather the Met police only gave in & paid Harvey Proctor £900,000 when they discovered he had a secret backer who was willing and able to spend millions on his behalf. All those innocent people in jail sadly never had funding to prove police incompetence & corruption. They Protect Their Own. Even the devastating Hydrant Peer Review into my fiasco, whilst destroying Surrey Police and their behaviour, tried to cover up the individual officers involved. Whilst admitting they had not investigated their behaviour as it was not "in their brief". Because my complaints were - and still are - being examined independently. By Surrey Police.
