If the police believed Barrymore or anyone at the house was guilty they would have prosecuted. Give me one good reason why they wouldn't?

No anal injuries were found on initial autopsy. Now, I would think in unnatural deaths they would check for these things?

No anal injuries were found on the initial autopsy, because they weren't looking for them. Later more detailed autopsies revealed these. The police haven't prosecuted anyone because they can't pin the crime on any one of the 8 other guests, it could have been any of them. If the police had done their job properly and not allowed people to enter the crime scene and retrieve certain items of possible evidence then there probably would have been evidence of a crime. Baring in mind that Lubbock was a straight man and leading coroners and drowning experts say that he wasn't drowned and likely to have been sexually assaulted, then please tell me what could have happened to him and why was he in the swimming pool. I would say that it is unlikely that Barrymore acted alone in any attack, as he was inebriated and nearly 20 years older than Lubbock. I don't believe Barrymore at all, the facts stack up against him been innocent, and he always looks so shifty when questioned about it

I don't believe Barrymore had nothing to do with it, he was probably too pissed and stoned to do anything. However my theories I'd that Barrymore boyfriend took to Stuart, whom refused his advances and hated him for it.

Also why are the guests at his house so silent ?

Are they? I thought they had all given statements to the police?

I believe that Barrymore has a lot to do with it. If he didn't do it himself, then he probably knows who did do it. There were anal injuries on Lubbock and the coroners said that his death was unlikely to be caused by drowning. The other party guests haven't been silent. Some of them were paid £30,000 - £60,000 to tell their stories ("which were probably a pack of lies"). Why did Barrymore flee the scene? Why did he get his PA to collect certain items from this house, such as a pool thermometer, and why was there blood on Lubbock's towel. These are the actions of a guilty man.

Bookworm Perhaps the attendees didn't all know anything.

Look at phone hacking. How many worked in the media and say nothing.. They aren't trying to help Piers Morgan find his elephant, are they?

I'll leave that one to digest for a while.
