JK2006 Surely it must now be clear to everybody; some people behaved in a way, in the past, that is now considered inappropriate. But the line has been crossed when prosecutions take place. Slap wrists if incidents happen today. Reprimand. But don't resurrect past situations where there is no proof. Do not over react. Do not waste police & CPS & court time on trivial matters ("the octopus").

md It shouldn’t be feelings that decide innocence or guilt.

While advertisers can get away with using the power of emotions to influence perception, jurors should be encouraged to examine their own personal feelings and biases before deliberations.

JK2006 Oh yes plus the cigar one and the £20 note! I'm sure there's a handbook somewhere. Garlic breath too.
giles2008 From the Daily Heil

"She told the jury that despite having an arm injury from an earlier accident, she succeeded in pushing Salmond off her and he fell asleep. She said she then retreated to a nearby bathroom, locked the door and curled up under a bed cover in the foetal position, lying there for several hours, and it was close to dawn when she left Bute House by the back door."

Thats the "retreated to a bathroom" story done. Can we maybe expect a Rolls Royce to appear in one of the other stories?
