Nope, it does not follow from my comment that "it's just life flu.".

How on earth did you arrive there from my comment?!

Dr Feeloff In the final analysis, the conclusion will be drawn by adding up the total number of deaths reportedly from the virus and expressing that as a percentage of the whole population for each country, and then comparing it with the same ratios for deaths from all causes. I can imagine some of the conclusions being drawn will vary from being that lockdowns worked, to lockdowns caused more deaths from non-VOVID related conditions not being treated effectively in time. The truth will be somewhere in the middle, as it always is.
wjlmarsh Just to note I have already highlighted that there were and I would say many more questions than answers. Almost all european countries went into lock down yet France, Spain, UK, Belgium, Italy plus some others all countries connected land wise or Eurotunnel wise, initially lead the world in deaths due to Covid 19 does not confirm or not confirm lockdown.

In normal statistics it would say UK death rate shows lockdown didn't work at all. But as this is a highly contagious virus and the story hasn't finished, maybe it could of been worst. It is a case of wait and see. Sweden vs Norway may have merit. No idea as much of the results as yet do not make sense.

I did look at the criteria of this 1 in 400. It does appear to a sample taken at a point in time. Who is to know prior to sample that many more had been infected and are in fact immune and thus in the sample are never infected and infact are on the other side. This test I gather was not taken with an antibody test. There is a lot of fumbling around trying to understand. Not blaming anyone just see that there is a lot unknown still and lots to learn re this virus and viruses in general. Good news is most have their own immune system that overcomes the Covid 19. Unlike some other viruses.
