Jo I don't watch Masterchef but was watching the video below recently and discovered that there has been a blind Masterchef contestant, Amar Latif (Who is Amar Latif? Meet the first ever blind Celebrity Masterchef star). In the interview, he doesn't give the impression of being blind at all and one of the interviewers says he didn't give that impression on Masterchef either.
JK2006 I'm constantly amazed how good the contestants all are - celebs and otherwise. Interesting this year had some of my favourite ingredients often ignored - rhubarb (I'm still not sure how to cook it but I love eating it) and shallots (which I always use - I love the banana ones).

Congrats to the little Irish queen who I have no idea who he is but his dishes were fantastic.
