hedda all babies look the same to me. I always wonder how parents choose their own when they are in those wards with lots of others.

I can see why parents don't want their children's pics appearing today because of murders etc but the odd notion that a photograph of a child that some unsavory person may get a hold off has become a sort of mythical thing where the child's soul is somehow being scooped up.

And people forget..children age rapidly..their looks change every year and it's usually impossible to recognise a snap of a 21 year old is the same person as when they were say, 8 or 10 in a pic.

Certainly in my case..it's like looking at stranger (although you can see evidence of a rare beauty emerging)

The media has created this horror of children's souls being captured by some pervert looking at a snap.
It is as someone very sensible on this board (me) says..A Good Story.
Honey To those who conceal their own children's faces in newspapers and on twitter etc...

I am afraid most of us are not very interested in seeing your children.
You are not protecting their privacy if you promote them in public and just cover their faces.
If you don't want us to see them, or if you worry that harm might come to them, don't put them in the papers at all, for goodness sake!
