JK2006 Anyone But Conservatives seems to be holding up but essentially Democracy does not work. As media dominates more and more, fakes succeed. Good images work best (Trump? Putin? Johnson?) until media decides to bring them down. Punters are increasingly gullibles. Without either the time or inclination for depth of thought, those few bothering to vote tick the box media has told them to tick. We need a benign autocracy but who? Personally I think we'd do better letting Queen Elizabeth and King Charles running this country.
