Martin K Nicholas Cage is superb in it, and the ironic script, fits in well with the Guardian diary.
Anyone interested in the above subject, check it out, assuming you have not.
A classic example , of a movie , in which the have nots, get used by the have it alls.
It is also an interesting comparison, with the music business( although obviously not death and war), most bands hate the agents, but watching an agent selling guns, who cannot do anything else anymore, really demonstrates how once you are sucked in, you can`t escape from the machines that are controlling your life.
Rent it guys, it is a wonderful, sympathetic, and sarcastic view.
