JK2006 Slowly but surely it is becoming clear that false accusers are everywhere.

But the huge problem continues. 1) that most will never, ever admit they are liars and without proof convictions stand and b) the few bent police want to get convictions and actively encourage lies or exaggeration in order to get them (especially high profile ones that lead to promotion and being put in charge of more serious investigations - like the Milly Dowler case).
