JK2006 Costello has done some fantastic things in his career but The Comedians is his greatest triumph; one of my most played tracks over 30 years during my summer Grand Tours in the car.
JK2006 It's impossible to decide on the finest Orbison song of all time but watching him sing Crying and seeing The Boss gaze at him, almost in tears and the other Elvis (who wrote and produced the sublime Comedians) I think I'd choose Crying as my personal favourite.
JK2006 Loving Roy Night on BBC4 - for many of us he was the greatest pop singer of our generation.
