STRATEGY I like the parts where he sings normally, but when he sings falsetto it hurts my ears. Sadly I believe falsetto is the voice by which he is known.

When he is good he is great, but the rest of the time he makes those strange yelping noises.
JK2006 I don't know about his Art of Song but his rendition of Piano Man on Pointless was the single most painful, agonising performance I've ever heard. Billy Joel would be turning in his grave if he was in one. Falsetto given a new meaning - more False than Etto.
