Still interesting that a bubblegum singer discovered a band that took prog to the next level and the Phil Collins solo era in the 80's dominated the charts - even the 90's Genesis is fun to listen to.
We all watched and remember this iconic episode and scene from Miami Vice. It very popular TV show Wyot, each episode was like the last but with different music and guest stars.

When I decided I couldn't look after the young band any longer I asked him to manage them. It took a lot of persuading - public school kids didn't make pop music back then.
I remember every detail of the several lunches we had. I told him I felt he was honest and honourable and I didn't want these teenagers ripped off. Eventually he agreed to go and see them and sign them up.
A totally different story in the book.
God knows how the future history will record it with social media carrying even more fake news!
Genesis are on my favourite bands. Would you be writing a book JK about the band from the beginning to the present ?
