Honey I absolutely adore Justin Hawkins, despite his titness.

Rick I always assumed Justin Hawkins was a massive tit, but I've watched a couple of his YouTube channel videos and he seems surprisingly likeable. Here's him on the subject of autotune:

Green Man Cher did a good job with auto tune because it the fitted song and was big in the charts and the clubs.

However it's become a habit and it's a shit one at that.

Dazza, you are right Matt Goss is a very capable singer and saw clips of a tour a little while ago without auto tune.

The song is garbage and I would rather a stripped down version or an acoustic to listen to. If he couldn't do it then the change key to the tune.

If Matt wants to appeal to a new audience with this it's just embarrassing.

Ever since Cher!

Yes, but that was famously 'an effect'. So often these days it's just used routinely to make every vocal sound weirdly shallow and metallic. It makes for completely worthless, anonymous, 'product' but what do the singers get out of it? Really? Take this song - utter crap, just hopelessly uninspired, joyless, formulaic shite. I honestly don't know how someone could sit listening to the playback and feel even lightly proud of that.
