Green Man Who copied who ?

Green Man Wasn't it Staus Quo who said "There only 12 notes and some one, one day will put them in the right order" ?
JK2006 And a good thing too. I was the one whose version of He's So Fine was played to the court in the My Sweet Lord plagiarism trial which George Harrison lost (and never spoke to me again after he lost) but I felt that judgement was unfair; he certainly did not intentionally steal the melody, just as the Pet Shop Boys did not deliberately steal from Wild World for their It's A Sin. These things happen. Similarities do crop up. I've always thought my Moon tune resembled Two Old Ladies Got Stuck In The Lavatory but I assure you it wasn't intentionall.
