By accident.
It is hardly the same thing as leaving the children to cry night after night and after (supposedly) discovering that one child had been abducted and the culprit may well still be lurking, leaving the OTHER TWO alone so they could be "snatched" too!
Or, being convinced that there had been an abduction, leaving the children in the creche where for all they knew the staff could have been involved in the crime, and the "lurking abductor" had easy access to them.
Can we prove he left her in the pub by accident ?  |
