Quite soon it will become a major story that a dead celebrity is NOT being investigated for once picking his nose.

Hopefully it won't, nothing stopped him telling the police decades earlier, what's the crime having a wank indoors ? The accuser most likely walked in his dressing room at the wrong moment.

No, the point of it is that he (allegedly, and most probably a load of tripe) took part in a rape, not a "quiet moment".

The thing that stops people reporting rape to the police is comments like "he probably enjoyed it" and it is perfectly understandable.

Remember being queer was illegal, maybe he just bi-curious Yewtree is just total bollocks.

Yes. Well, Yewtree would be reasonable IF there was any evidence of sex rings and orgies, and IF there was evidence of an offence and IF the accused was able to defend themselves, otherwise we have to accept that even if a crime was committed sometimes it is just too late to prosecute and we have to live with it.
Chris Retro The accusation(s) here are remarkably similar to the plot of the play in question...,
Pru I'm only surprised old Len was in a good enough mood for such activities. He was so irascible and argumentative he was once offered a role in a BBC series, only for the BBC executive, after enduring his non-stop moaning as they travelled up together in the lift, to withdraw the offer by the time they reached the fourth floor.
