The Essex scene is still in me, we all remember Sun Scream the band, also Sun Scream was a market brand of sunscreen no doubt made in some bloke's shed. A station announcement today: 'It is VITAL, I repeat, VITAL, that passengers carry a bottle of water with them at all times in such heat'. We've become a nation of wimps. I agree there Pru parents just used to say to us stay out the sun if you can, then we got Super-Soaker double barrel water guns then were we out all day. On the news Pru did they mention drinking too much water is a killer also ?
