I think you have to drop dozens of kids, honey! - and know how to play the system

I especially don't understand why people with far less money are supporting some families so they can be better off than themselves.

Thats what the majority of people in the UK are thinking, honey ! - hence the popularity of the Coalition's crackdown.

I am also wondering why the curtain is hanging off and the radiator paint is chipped. Do the reporters go in with a sledgehammer before they photograph the family looking glum?

They always look like that honey! (and with that kind of parent, wouldn't you?)

As for the damaged houses - give people something for nothing and they will never respect it (just claim for another one on benefits !)

Keep your weird thoughts coming ITK.

andrew Maybe the Tories will say MR ITK you must put them up in your home.
John Marsh The EU system and UK and it's existing citizens is definitely not in sync like most countries in the EU and other aspects as well like justice jobs etc. Also, the media are toeing the line of successive governments in highlighting these situations and then blaming the people concerned or EU that is labelling all in need as scroungers etc. I suggest that the UK get on and house people starting with their own people. When I was in Greenwich I saw quite a number of boarded up buildings pubs etc that could be turned into housing. As a percentage of housing total it must be very small percentage in real need and the UK is rich so no problem if they wanted to solve it. Always remember when they want a war there is no problem getting the resources. I have been thinking of the EU and yes I favour the idea. I think the US and Mexico difference is a disgrace. It running the EU each country needs a full commitment to ensure all member countries do well not like what happened with Greece. And yes there will be powerhouse countries where other members flock too. But this should be no more a problem than people flocking to London. Also, if Romania is both looked after more and challenged plus helped then perhaps some of us will retire there. I have read there is a need for an increase in children numbers as couples are not having enough in numbers to maintain economic growth. That is probably a Tory idea who knows. But I agree it is crazy if one is a long time resident /citizen then on the street but others get housed. And perhaps the couple also have it right as I discovered that up to recent days the UK does care quite well for families but once the kids are gone and one hits trouble god or someone help you. But that large family ensures a long period of supportive help when needed maybe that is the way to go. Thumbs up but I will be honest I like just me and the wife.s are not producing sufficient.
