corevalue Annaraccoon would suggest the creature known as "Andrea Davison" was the composer (forger) of the letter. Where she got an original from would be anyone's guess, but since she has form as a crook, I wouldn't be surprised if she was in receipt of such a letter herself in the past.

Look for the comments by Sambest on that page, very interesting reading. Note the link between Andrea Davison and Chris Fay; both recently convicted for their parts in a recent fraud, and Chris Fay is the "Elm house" informant. Which is where Cliff R enters the story....he was on Fay's list.
MWTWATCHER She does not say who gave her the letter, you would of thiught Surrey police if it was genuine.
Can I think of anyone with an agender ? hmmm let me think.
JK2006 I would want FIONA to tell me who provided her with a copy of the out of date Surrey Police headed paper in order for someone to forge a letter purporting to come from them about Jimmy Savile.

It may be, of course, that forgery of a police document is not a crime. I wouldn't know, I'm not a lawyer.

But if it is I would think that assisting, or even encouraging, such a crime would be a crime too.

And how did that person get hold of such an out dated sheet and logo? Stole it? Or might they have worked for the force years earlier?

Smoking gun I reckon. Smoking gun.
