NonRacist Jesse Fuller (March 12 1896-January 29 1976) was an American one-man band.

A singer/songwriter/musician,(12-string guitar, vocals, harmonica, kazoo, cymbals, washboard, fotdella/foot-doodler bass, soft-shoe shuffle).

Nicknamed 'Lone Cat', Fuller was best known for his own 1954 song, 'San Francisco Bay Blues'.
