Whose consent? According to the law of the land the parents held all the consent for any medical treatment"

VictimsOfLies Little Ashya King’s case is an important and defining moment in the exposure of the system that is classed as child protection in the United Kingdom.

For many years a handful of journalists and scores of parents have attempted to highlight the inadequacies and, more importantly, the injustices of the child protection regime. What began with the best of intentions – the protection of vulnerable children,- has today turned into a modern day witch hunt against parents.

No longer is the state acting only when it has to, in the most exceptional of circumstances; instead it has created a system that deliberately works on the most extreme of levels: that of removing a child.
