as JK says..those who promoted this terrible case are very wicked people. Remember the cops slowed down the video to give a false impression.
Karma..I hope karma strikes swiftly and with full force.
I have no sympathy for anyone who aids in the chain of falsehoods.
Recall reading Jim Davidson's book that a female constable expressed some doubts but claimed the 'higher ups' wanted convictions.
She is as guilty as those higher-ups.
It's pretty clear from reading any comments now that accompany these articles that the vast British public have no respect for the police and regard them as villainous rogues.
I don't think politcians understand how dangerous this is. |

Like Mark; I don't blame the lady; confused, muddled, perhaps bonkers but not deliberately trying to gain a false conviction. I blame those who helped her, for whatever reason (usually incompetence or laziness). They are truly wicked and they (and their ilk) deserve everything I hope 2018 will bring them. |

Does anyone know if the false accuser has been charged with perverting the course of justice yet?
It's on CCTV that she blatantly made the whole thing up, along with all the people at the CPS and police involved in the case who watched the CCTV and yet still carried on trying to prosecute.
Perverting the course of justice carries a maximum sentence of life. I reckon once a few life sentences were dished out to corrupt CPS officials, plod and the false accusers themselves, we might see the number of these more crazy attempts at stitching up random innocent men start to drop off a bit. |

Several messages as to why I respect him; because it is very easy, after you've been through something like this, to turn away from the plight of others and simply thank heavens it's not you anymore. I suspect it would have been far more sensible if I'd shrugged and retired 17 years ago instead of constantly prodding Surrey Police with a sharp stick (of words). Why worry about innocent victims of their incompetence or corruption; like Amelie or Marsha or Kate or Breck Bednar? I didn't know any of these people. I don't know many of the innocent men and women clogging up our jails whilst traditional media (mostly) looks the other way. But meeting and knowing people like Bob Woffinden, Anna Raccoon, David Rose, Jim Gillespie - there is no way I could ignore this. Just as Neil and Christine Hamilton did not turn away from me (though I'd never met them) and came to visit a fellow victim of Max Clifford in jail, I admire those not prepared to ignore the plight of others. And Mark Pearson was SO clearly innocent (unlike myself and many others; guilty of something but not the false allegations) - he could so easily have just got on with his life. But he has supported the rest of us and our battles. A truly decent man. |
