JK2006	Sadly Hedda Jeremy was forced into Watson as the Fat Toad won the vote for Deputy; Given choice, McDonnell would be Deputy as well as Shadow Chancellor.

I've pondered why Jeremy Corbyn would want Watson as Deputy Leader as he is Blaritite through and through but I think it's a case of keeping your enemies close.
JK2006	It is of course right that, until the breach is confirmed or proven wrong, an allegation should not derail this woman's career. But her promotion illustrates the official police position - even if found guilty of lying to a Judge under oath, it is not considered a serious breach. Don't Judges (apart from Henriques) reject that opinion?
JK2006	I've always said - their only concern is - "Is it a good story?". Has always been thus. One reason why I had no complaints about my treatment 18 years ago. It was police and CPS I complained about.
Misa	I doubt they care one way or the other, Jo. They've been quite happy to play both sides. For every David Rose article there were ten playing up the evily evilness of JS, Rolf or whoever. They seem pretty shrewd about knowing what people want to read, which is after all their business, so we can take some hope from their current focus on false aligations, on that basis...but needn't get too concerned about truth.
