hedda Colonel Blimp, scourge of The Surrender Monkeys (used to so love that band) thinks Assad wants back half the citizens who have fled.

Why?

They are Europe's problem now.

The Colonel Blimps of the World who are such brilliant armchair generals they cannot see that the real problem of refugees is NOT the problem of the countries they flee.
hedda is ITK really that naive?
or just trolling?

The USA history of regime changes is no secret but they have been telling us for years now they want Assad gone. Maybe ITK just doesn't listen. Even Sky News reports this.

What was Afghanistan and Iraq about?

It's estimated that during the 20th /21st Centuries the USA aggressive wars have cost up to 20 million lives.

Vietnam and Korea are prime examples of the last century.

Numerous South American countries where they have engineered coups to help install dictators. Chile? Nicaragua? Panama? etc etc. (and then removed them when they become too difficult to handle.)

Iran, Philippines?

They could "take out" Assad but that would mean locating him in Damascus. Not that easy.

It would also mean bombing a city in an act in which 100s if not 1000s would die (not that this would stop them but the publicity??)

What the US, UK and France have done is commit the very act that Germans were executed for after the Nuremberg Trials. It is illegal under International Laws that were formulated by the Allies after WW2.

ITK seems to be crowing and quite excited about all this.

# Last year when Trump triumphantly sent bombs to Syria 4 children were killed. Just as Obama destroyed wedding parties in Pakistan and Iraq.

Trump of course famously warned Russia about those bombs as he did the latest. They bombed an empty airfield.
Of course missiles can go haywire but if you take tabloid propaganda seriously you would think it's an easy video game. Any how they are only brown people so not really the same as us.

And Assad has just about finished of the rebels.

Whats the point in "winning" if half your population has already fled the country - and the other half are dependent of UN Humanitarian aid to keep them alive ?

How long before his "backers" withdraw - realising there is nothing in it for them?

How long before he is snatched - like Radovan Karadžić - and whisked off to The War Crimes Tribunal?
How long before the Americans - a la Bin Laden - launch a raid on his bunker and take him out?

His army were deserting in droves prior to Russian involvement - don't expect any support from them when they see the tide turning .... lol !

How long before the Kurds sense an opportunity and start pushing South?
How long before the Jews move North in yet another land-grab?

Assad is a corpse waiting to be buried.

Whatever happened to Beaker from the Muppets ?
Spee Although ITK is correct - the US has the capability to wipe out any country.

But they realise that there are more important aspects and factors.

Like the basic need to keep innocent civilians, women and children safe.

Bomb them, boycott the World Cup, ignore Corbyn, think of playground names to call people, never say a bad word about Tories - sounds familiar.

My old Professor always said that bias seriously reduces the quality and relevance of debate, argument and taking sincerely different views...

"This is not about regime change". Bollocks. It's exactly what it's about.

If this were about regime change the Yanks could have put a cruise missile up Assad's arse last night !

(I look forward to the video on YouTube)
